Animal feed factory
The Valpovka Fodder Factory, with tradition dating back to 1954, has a production capacity of 35,000 tonnes of fodder per year. It is at the top of the domestic fodder industry in terms of quality and equipment, with a large assortment of different final products. As part of the Valpovka Fodder Factory, there is a separate facility for production of feed additives, which produces a series of mineral mixtures and additives for end consumers.
Each product is accompanied by a work order on a daily basis, indicating the batch number, quantity, entry date and supplier of each micro raw material. We apply the principles of the HACCP system, which ensures quality control and traceability of each of our products in fodder production.
The fodder production programme includes:
- Complete feeding stuffs for all animal species
- Complementary feeding stuffs for all animal species
- Additives (Valpomixes)
By using the products made in the Valpovka Fodder Factory, high growth, optimal conversion and low feed consumption are ensured. Animals are characterized by a high percentage of meatiness with excellent meat consistency, i.e. lower water content.

Additives – mineral mixtures designed for better health and resilience of animals, their proper development with prevention of stress and other negative influences. The production monitors new developments in nutritional technology and offers the option of producing premixes in accordance with the requested parameters.
Quality control
In order to achieve high quality of fodder products, quality control of raw materials and final products is regularly performed in specialized laboratories in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Ordinance on the Quality of Animal Feed, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia.
All products fully comply with Croatian and European regulations on quality and safety of animal feed, in accordance with the HACCP principles.
